What is Remote Assistance?
  • Using your high speed internet connection, Remote Assistance will allow our technicians to remotely access your computer to troubleshoot and repair your computer, tune-up your computer, set up your email, set up and configure your printer, install and configure new software, scan your computer for viruses, adware, spyware and trojans, provide tutoring on specific subjects, all without having to leave the comfort of your home.

How do I purchase hours?

  • Presently we are billing using an "honor" system.   Because our technicians are private contractors you will be billed by the technician for the amount of hours you wish to purchase.  Your first hour of service is FREE.  At that time simply tell the technician the number of hours you wish to purchase and he will bill you directly, either by email or direct mailing (there is a $2.00 service fee for direct mailing).  At the present time we are NOT accepting credit cards.   When you receive your invoice simply mail a check or money order to the address listed on the invoice.  If your payment does NOT clear the bank we simply will NOT do business with you in the future until amount due is paid in full.  We trust you to pay your bill promptly and in full within 7 days after receipt of the invoice.
